The Physical Planning Unit is holding a workshop to harmonise and streamline the National Building Codes with that of the OECS, and by extension CARICOM. This workshop will be held at Frenches House today, Tuesday 28th March, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Minister of Housing, Montgomery Daniel says this year the Government will be moving into the Marriaqua Valley with its National Housing Program.

Two houses, a shop and the Cassava Factory will be handed over at the ceremony scheduled to begin at three this afternoon.

Five months after the December 2013 devastating floods here, the Government is said to be making steady progress with the rehabilitation program for houses that were damaged or destroyed during the floods.
